Daniela was born to be a tour guide. She has a PhD. in microbiology but she sacrificed her scientific career for her passion – tours. And she really lives and breathes Taste Bratislava, taking care of making visitors happy & satisfied as nothing is more appreciated than positive feedback from our customers. She is a creative person, always open to new ideas. Her favourite tour is the Craft Beer Tour.
Martina studied languages and became a tour guide “by accident”. It soon became evident; that she was meant for this job. You will never get bored with her talkative & bubbly personality, or her everlasting smile. She has an excellent knowledge of the German and English language and her tales about the people, culture, and the magic of the country are always presented in a fun & easy-going way.
She has a degree in Political Science, but she doesn’t just talk about the political development of Slovakia with a passionate interest. Spend five minutes with her and this passion should become quickly evident. Eva has always enjoyed walking and talking and she really enjoys guiding tours where she can combine both! Her tours discover the secrets, hidden & memorable sights of the city as well as cultural culinary delights.
Her childhood dream was to become an English teacher, so once she earned a Master’s degree in Slovak - English translation and interpreting, it was a dream come true for her. Interest in Bratislava’s rich history and culture brought her to tour guiding. Being a tour guide allows her to bring her passion for languages and her love of Bratislava together. She looks forward to sharing her passion for our lovely hometown with you.
She studied tourism management and she loves travelling, but she always misses her hometown Bratislava so she is happy to return. Her smiling face will prove to you that Bratislava tastes great! She is happy to share her funny, bizarre and forgotten stories about Bratislava with all people who come to our charming city to take a bite out of it. Her favourite tour is the Traditional Food Tour.
You may meet Daniel as a driver or as a second guide (assistant) on your tour. Daniel is a graphic designer partially working in computer game development and partially helping us with tours as he likes meeting & talking to travellers from all over the world. Daniel is known for creating a relaxed and unrushed atmosphere on tours. He is also a big gourmand and a fan of Japanese cuisine, sometimes making home-made sushi.
Daniela was our guide and we couldn’t have been happier. She was informative and easy to talk to, and also provided some recommendations for food in the city. I wish we had signed up for multiple tours with her as our guide.
